If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. 1.Product: All of our products are produced by the factory and they are of top quality. For the product size, we have shoes for man 8-13 in USsize ( 41-47in Euro size)and 5-8.5 inUS size (35-40 in Euro size) for women. We only show the man size on our website,If you need the shoes in women size,you can tell us the product ORDER ID,we will check it in our stock,and reply to you.  SIZE CHART  2.Mini order: For wholesaler,the minimum order of our shoes is 12pairs per style. but we accept the small order such as 1 or 2pairs for the new customers in order to let the customers to take a look at the top quality of our shoes and promptly service. For retailer,the mini order will not limited.But if the order in different style and color,the price must be higher. 3.Price: E-MAIL to us to get our all products price    kooshow@hotmail.com 4.Payment: We prefer western union and T/T. Please view Payment form to get more detail. 5.Shippment: We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer’s request, such as by sea, by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,SODEXI,UPS). Please view the Shipment form to get more details. 6.Delivery time: If the goods you order are in our stock, We will send the goods within two working days after we get the payment . Once we ship out the shoes, we will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 3-5 working days for the shoes to travel to UK, 5-7 working days to North America and 7-9 working days to other areas. 7. Return It is necessary to contact us and obtain an authorization number before returning any product to us. Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the shoes, wrong shoe color/size was sent, mistake made on the part of us Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a different shoe.. Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange. If an exchange falls under this category, the customer will be required to send back the shoes and pay $17 in order to ship out a new pair. (Actual shipping cost is $30, we pays half and the customer pays the other half.) All sales are final - please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit to prevent any problems 8. Customs policy: We have many methods and experiences in Customs Clearance, so your package always will delivery safely. But. If the package seized by chinese customs, we can resend all without your any other charge. If the package seized by your country customs, we also can resend all, you only need pay the shipping cost for them. 9. Agreement:  By purchasing with us you are agreeing with our terms, that we are not held responsible for any action on behalf of local customs.
