1. How can I get to know the status after I have paid?
    We will e-mail the tracking numbers of the express company to you on receiving them.

2. When and how can I check on my order status?
    Normaly, after 3 day you transfer the payment you can track your package(s).

3. How long will it take to receive your goods?
    It usually, on average, about takes 7 business days to receive your order. It can be faster sometimes.

4. Can I order a pair of shoes as samples? Can I select the size for my sample pair?
    Yes.     We accept sample order. We will try to get the size you request. If not we will choose one     from random. We can not guarantee it due to fast turnover of our stock.

5. What sizes do we have?
   The size ranges are usually from Eur 41-46 (UK7-11 / US 8-12) for Men shoes and Eur 36-40 (UK 3- 6 / US 5.5-8.5) for Women shoes. You will see the gender of each style together with the pictures.

6. Do the shoes come with a box?
   Yes, each pair of shoe comes with shoes boxes and necessary accessories. For Jordan shoes,they come with retro cards.
